STEP 18 Secure is a high-security electric strike with reverse function for right-hung doors, adapted for bolt locks with 7 mm piston in the Connect series.

The product is fire-approved up to E/EI60 and comes with a 5-meter halogen-free cable.

STEP 18 Secure is developed to meet the high demands placed on security and operational reliability in environments with frequent entry and exit, such as security doors in prisons, banks and government agencies.

This electric strike is specially designed for right-hung doors with a 7 mm piston in the Connect series.

With its reverse function, which means that the plate is unlocked in a de-energized position, it enables safe and flexible unlocking even in the event of a power outage – a feature that is crucial in escape routes.

STEP 18 Secure is fire-approved up to E/EI60 and can withstand physical stress with a breaking strength of approximately 1500 kg (15 kN).

The product has a built-in piston switch and latch switch that provides precise feedback on whether the door is open or closed and locked or unlocked.

This enables smooth integration with access control systems, alarm systems and other security equipment. In addition, the sheet is tamper-proof and equipped with a built-in protection diode.

With an included 5 meter halogen-free connection cable, installation is both easy and flexible.
