STEP 18 Secure is a high-security electric strike plate for bolt locks with a 7mm piston in the Connect series.

Fire-rated up to E/EI 60 and with a breaking strength of 1500 kg, designed for doors with high security requirements.

The STEP 18 Secure electric strike is a high-security electric lock that offers a combination of fast and durable locking and unlocking, ideal for doors that handle high traffic.

With its 7 mm piston and design for the Connect series, it is perfectly suited for security doors used in environments with strict security requirements, such as prisons and banks.

It is approved for locking doors up to security class RC4 and fire-approved up to E/EI 60.

STEP 18 Secure is ideal for use in doors with evacuation requirements or in environments that require doors to be opened quickly and frequently.

With a breaking strength of 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and the ability to open despite a strip pressure of 5 kN (approx. 500 kg), STEP 18 guarantees both high safety and reliability.

The built-in piston switch provides indication of the door status (closed/open) and lock status (locked/unlocked), making it easy to integrate with access control systems and alarm systems.

A 5 meter halogen-free connection cable is included for easy installation.
