Electric strike STEP 18 Secure for Assa 511 is a fire-approved high-security lock with high breaking strength. Designed for doors with a high number of entrances and exits.

STEP 18 Secure is a high-security electric strike suitable for doors with high requirements for intrusion resistance, such as security doors or doors in prisons and banks.

This electric strike is approved for locking security doors up to RC4 and is fire-approved up to E/EI 60. It is suitable for the Assa 511 hook bolt lock with a 10 mm piston and has a forward function (locked in the de-energized position).

STEP 18 Secure has a breaking strength of 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and opens even with a strip pressure of up to 5 kN (approx. 500 kg) in both forward and reverse function.

It includes a plunger switch to indicate whether the door is closed/open and locked/unlocked, making it suitable for use with access control systems or alarm systems. 5 meters of halogen-free connection cable included.
