STEP 18 Secure is a powerful electric strike with right-handed function for right-hung doors. Adapted for 9 mm bolt locks in the Connect series. Fire-rated, high breaking strength and 5 m cable included.

The STEP 18 Secure electric strike is a reliable and robust solution for door environments with high security requirements.

This model is specifically designed for bolt locks with a 9 mm piston in the Connect series and is adapted for right-hung doors.

With the right-facing function, it is locked in the de-energized position, which provides increased safety in the event of a power outage.

It is part of STEP's Secure series and is particularly suitable for installation in, for example, security doors, prisons, banks or other environments where both a high frequency of openings and intrusion protection are required.

The electric strike plate is approved for fire class E/EI60 and up to RC4 protection level.

With a breaking strength of a whopping 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and the ability to open despite a strip pressure of 5 kN (approx. 500 kg), STEP 18 is both strong and reliable.

Built-in piston and latch contacts enable integration with access control systems and alarms, giving full control over the door's status. Protection diode, knock protection and 5 meter halogen-free cable included.
