Electric strike STEP 28E Left Reverse 24V 9mm Rule

STEP 28E Secure is a robust electric strike with reverse function for left-hung doors. Adapted for 9 mm Connect bolt, fire class E/EI60 and high breaking strength. Piston contact and 5 m cable included.

The STEP 28E Secure electric strike belongs to STEP's Secure series and combines high security with support for both fire requirements and evacuation solutions.

This model is developed for left-hung doors and is used together with bolt locks in the Connect series with a 9 mm piston.

With the reverse function – unlocked in the event of a power failure – STEP 28E is suitable for doors in escape routes or where accessibility must be ensured in the event of a power outage.

The product is fire rated up to E/EI60 and meets the requirements of SS-EN 179 when installed together with approved emergency escape locks.

The electric strike is equipped with a piston contact and a latch contact for monitoring door status, which enables integration with alarm and access control systems.

With a breaking strength of over 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and the capacity to open despite a strip pressure of 500 kg, STEP 28E is designed for high-security environments with frequent passage.

The product is tamper-proof, has a built-in protection diode, double twist-fall function and is supplied with a 5-meter halogen-free cable.
