STEP 30 Preload is a compact electric strike with a right-handed function, especially adapted to replace simpler electric strikes in older door environments. With strip pressure technology, 24V operation and 500 kg breaking strength.

The STEP 30 Preload electric strike is a minimal electric strike from STEP's Preload series, designed to replace simpler electric strikes in existing door environments without major intervention.

The compact design makes it easy to install in older door sections or narrow recesses, while STEP's patented strip pressure technology ensures that the door opens even when pressure is applied to the door leaf.

With a reversible function – meaning that the lock is locked in the event of a power failure – STEP 30 is suitable for spaces where secure locking is a priority.

It can withstand strip pressure of up to 40 kg and has a breaking strength of 5 kN (500 kg), making it a reliable choice for simpler internal security zones.

The electric strike is reversible for right- and left-hand doors and has a built-in protection diode and knock protection.

It is delivered without a piston contact, making STEP 30 a convenient and cost-effective alternative when indication is not required.
