STEP 40 is an electric strike with adjustable function, ideal for day locking and high-security applications. Equipped with HPR® technology and a breaking strength of 1,200 kg.

Electric strike STEP 40 Preload HPR is a high-quality electric strike that offers both reliability and flexibility.

With its compact dimensions and patented strip pressure technology, it guarantees that the door will open even when subjected to pressure of up to 250 kg.

STEP 40 is part of STEP's Preload series, which means that the product is tested to handle high opening frequencies and is reliable for a long time.

The reversible feature allows STEP 40 to be either forward facing or reverse facing (locked or unlocked in de-energized position), providing flexibility in installation.

With a breaking strength of 1,200 kg (approx. 12 kN) and a factory-tested lifespan of 1,500,000 cycles, STEP 40 is a durable solution for both single and double-leaf locks.

The electric strike plate is also tamper-proof and has screw holes for angled screws for easy installation.
