The electric strike is equipped with STEP's patented strip pressure technology, which allows the door to unlock even when there is a strip pressure of up to 40 kg.

The product is tamper-proof and has a built-in protection diode for safe operation and protection against voltage spikes.

STEP 48 is reversible and can be installed in both right- and left-hung doors.

It is also compatible with lock housings with hook bolts or straight bolts, and can withstand a breaking strength of up to 900 kg, providing a secure lock even in frequently used doors.
