ASSA ABLOY 179G is an emergency escape fitting for an outward-opening hinged door in a modular profile design. Can be combined with lock housing 711 or 732 with 50 or 70 mm mandrel depth.
Properties:
- Suitable for installation in access systems
- Certified and CE-marked according to the requirements of the European standard SS-EN 179:2008
- For the door with smaller C dimensions than 25 mm, at least a 3 mm distance plate 179 is recommended
Function:
- Mounted together with lock housing ASSA 711 or 732 with mandrel depth 50 or 70 mm
- The door can always be opened from the inside via the escape handle.
- When using lock housing 711, re-housing is possible via the outside pull handle after evacuation. As the escape handle is intended for daily use, this should be taken into account
