Plejd DAL-01 – Smart DALI dimmer with built-in power supply

Plejd DAL-01 is a DALI broadcast dimmer that enables simple and flexible control of DALI-based lighting solutions.

With a built-in PSU (power supply), the DAL-01 can handle up to 64 DALI loads without the need for an external power supply, making installation smoother and more cost-effective.

DAL-01 is compatible with tunable white (Device Type 8 – DT8), which means it can control both brightness and color temperature of connected DALI luminaires.

It has two separate inputs that make it possible to control the unit via a spring-loaded push button, motion sensor or other external control signals.

Wireless communication takes place via Bluetooth® mesh, which enables control via the Plejd app and integration with other Plejd products.

Using the app, the user can create scenarios, adjust light levels and program the lighting with built-in astro and weekly clocks, making it easy to automate lighting schedules based on time of day.

DAL-01 is compact and suitable for recessed installation in a device box behind a push button or box cover.

Alternatively, it can be mounted on a wall or DIN rail using the MNT-01 mounting clip (sold separately). The unit also features short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection, ensuring long-term and safe operation.

With a guaranteed power supply of 128 mA and a maximum cable length of 300 meters, the DAL-01 is an ideal solution for both small and large DALI installations where smooth and intelligent lighting control is required.
