Fast, smooth and safe - from order to delivery

We offer smooth shipping & delivery and free shipping options for all orders over 1000 SEK within Sweden. Most orders are also delivered within 1–2 days* (but can sometimes take up to four days depending on the shipping method you have chosen and the shipping company, *applies to in-stock items).

This is how it works from purchase to delivery

    1. Once you have put your products in the shopping cart, perhaps along with something new that you want to try, you go to the checkout to place your order.
    2. When the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Via your customer account (if you have one) you can see your orders in a list.
    3. Your order is picked and packed by us at our warehouse. When your order is packed, you will receive a new email that your order is "completely processed" which also contains a link that makes it easy to track your long-awaited delivery.
    4. The order is then picked up by the selected shipping company and begins its journey to you according to options.
    5. If you have chosen home delivery to your door or delivery to a service point, you will receive an SMS/email with further information about the delivery. Orders delivered to agents must be collected within 14 days.

We offer these shipping methods

Secureus.se delivers packages with DHL & PostNord. Which delivery options are offered to you depends on where you live and what you shop for.

    • Do you want to receive the delivery in the mailbox or at the door? Then you choose PostNord Bill of Lading. Delivery all weekdays. If the mailbox is full, the package is left outside the door. In some cases, delivery can be via an agent. It is not possible to make changes to the delivery while the delivery is in progress.
    • Do you want to collect the order from an agent? Then you can choose DHL ServicePoint / Agent.
    • Are you a company and want it delivered to your premises? Choose DHL Business package

PostNord Goods Letter / Parcel Letter:

    • Works for smaller orders that can be left in your mailbox. In some cases, the size of the mailbox, letterbox, safe deposit box or property box may mean that these deliveries are delivered to the door instead. If the mailbox is full, the package will also be left outside the door. If the delivery is left at the door, you will receive an SMS or email when the package has been delivered. In some cases, delivery may be via an agent. It is not possible to make changes to the delivery during the delivery process. Unfortunately, postal mail cannot be tracked, this method can sometimes be used for campaigns or for very small items. Delivery every weekday. Order before 14, your delivery will normally be sent the same day (applies to stock items and weekdays*)!

DHL Service Point / Agent delivery

    • When your package is at the agent's location, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number you provided when ordering. Please note that you must have a valid ID document with you when you pick up your delivery. Next day delivery in large parts of Sweden. Order before 2 p.m. and your delivery will normally be sent the same day (applies to in-stock items and weekdays*).

DHL Business package

    • We offer DHL business packages directly to your door. Next day delivery in large parts of Sweden.

* Weekdays before holidays may be affected by earlier cut-off times for orders. Deviations may also occur on days with a large number of incoming orders. If you have a custom-made item, the estimated delivery time is sometimes stated on the product, for exact delivery times please contact us.

Does your home have a door code or intercom?

Then it is important that you enter the port code so that the package can be delivered. (However, this only applies if you choose home delivery!) You fill in the port code in the message that the shipping company sends you before delivery.

Other information about our shipping methods and deliveries

Secureus delivers to addresses in Sweden and Nordic countries, etc. If you live outside of Sweden, it is easiest to contact us for delivery.

For orders registered during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the end of the public holiday.

Packages that have been delivered to agents will be sent back to Secureus if they have not been collected within 14 days of the arrival of the delivery having been notified to you. They normally always give a warning the day before they send it back. We at secureus.se then unfortunately have to charge a fee of SEK 99 for extra costs for administration, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not normally considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

It may happen, in rare cases, that a shipment is delivered to an agent that you did not select at checkout. This is usually due to the fact that it is full at the agent you have chosen and that the shipping company has therefore rearranged the delivery. You can then contact us at Customer Service and we will ask the shipping company to move the package to the right agent. Unfortunately, such a move can take up to five working days.
