1. Company information
Secureus.se is operated by Secureus Sweden AB
Organization number: 559200-1450
Secureus sells security products such as alarms, camera surveillance, access control systems and accessories via e-commerce to both individuals and companies.
By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Order
Ordering is done via www.secureus.se.
When an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The agreement is considered concluded when the order confirmation is sent.
Secureus reserves the right to correct orders in the following cases, for example:
- technical error
- obvious price errors
- incorrect stock status
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) or selected currency.
For private individuals, prices are shown including VAT.
For business customers, prices are normally displayed including VAT in the webshop, but VAT is always specified at checkout and on the invoice.
Secureus reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of:
- supplier price changes
- currency changes
- technical error
4. Payment
Secureus offers several payment options, such as:
- Klarna
- Swish
- Card payment
- other payment solutions displayed at checkout
Payment is handled by external payment providers and is made according to their terms and conditions.
5. Delivery
Normal delivery time for in-stock products is 1-3 working days.
Products that are not in stock may have a longer delivery time. In such cases, the delivery time is stated on the product page or communicated after ordering.
Secureus ships orders as soon as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times in the following cases:
- supplier delays
- transportation problems
- high load on conveyor
6. Transport damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, this should be reported directly to the carrier.
If transport damage is discovered after delivery, Secureus should be contacted as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal (private individual)
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private individuals have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Secureus and register a return.
The product should be returned in:
- essentially unchanged condition
- original packaging when possible
A return fee may apply according to the applicable return policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
- specially ordered
- customized for the customer
- broken from sealed packaging where hygiene or safety is affected
8. Returns
Secureus provides return instructions when a return is registered. To register a return, click here.
Returns should be sent according to the instructions provided by Secureus.
If the return is approved, the purchase will be refunded according to the selected payment method.
9. Complaints
If a product is defective, the customer should contact Secureus as soon as the defect is discovered.
Private individuals are covered by the Consumer Sales Act and have the right to complain about defects in goods for up to 3 years.
Secureus can primarily offer:
- repair
- replacement product
- refund
10. Warranty
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary between products and manufacturers.
11. Terms and conditions for business customers (B2B)
When a customer acts as a company or legal entity, the following applies:
Binding order
The order is binding when the order confirmation has been sent.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
Returns
The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to corporate customers unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Secureus is not liable for indirect damages such as:
- loss of profit
- production loss
- downtime
- other financial consequential damage
12. Installation and use
Secureus sells products but provides not on-site installation.
The customer is responsible for the installation and correct use of the products.
13. Security products
Products sold by Secureus are tools to increase security but cannot guarantee that burglaries, damage or other incidents will be prevented.
14. Force majeure
Secureus is not responsible for delays or problems due to circumstances beyond the company's control, such as:
- natural disasters
- authority decision
- war
- strike
- transport disruptions
15. Dispute and choice of law
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Secureus.
Disputes shall be settled according to Swedish law.
Private individuals can also contact the Swedish Complaints Board (ARN).
